I'm finally posting again

Well, I said I'd post more pics when I had a chance, so here are a few more from Christmas:

I've been trying to keep up on something called "project 365"--it has been a bit of a challenge, but I am doing it! It involves taking a picture everyday to document your everyday life. Too many times we tend to only take photos of events like holidays, birthdays and vacations, but what about the rest of the time? Although we don't have a real "exciting" life---looking back on things in a few years will be cool.

This coming weekend is a fun weekend long crop and also Danielle's baby shower. I can't wait, it'll be so nice to see my friends and also to see family at the shower.

It's a New Year!!

Wow, time sure flies when you're having fun, eh? Christmas has come and gone and now it's 2009!! We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas this year! Lauren wasn't sick like in years past and she actually "got it" this year! It was so much fun just watching her! She loved everything about the holiday, except for Santa! Danielle and Dana took her to see him and she didn't like it at all! When she got home, she told me that she "didn't like Santa mama, was scared"! It was cute! I told her there was no need to be afraid of Santa since she was a good girl this year, Santa would come on Christmas eve when she was asleep and bring her lots of presents. Well, she wasn't convinced till Christmas morning when she realized what I told her was true!
