The Princess turns 3!

The princess party has come and gone and I'm happy to say it was a success! Lauren totally loved everything about her party---the cake, balloons, roses, her presents--it was all her favorite!

She may be 3 but she's been acting like she's 15! So grown up!

And here is one of her 3 year pictures. Boy was that ever an ordeal! She was determined to stay BEHIND the back drop instead of in front and we had the hardest time getting her to just touch the big number 3!! Finally she decided to cooperate though, and I'm very happy with the pics we got.

Stanley Cup comes home to the 'Burgh

Way to go Pens! It was an exciting series and I am so happy that we got to bring that cup back home--finally! It's been a long time--I remember celebrating out in the streets of South Side the last time they won. I was much younger then, and didn't celebrate the same way this time, but am proud just the same. So glad to be a Pittsburgher!! :)

KENNY CHESNEY CONCERT

Can I just say ---WOW!! We went to the Kenny Chesney concert on Saturday and it was great! The line up: Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Montgomery Gentry, Sugarland and of course last but not least, Kenny. Everyone put on a great show, but Kenny just amazes me! The energy he has is just crazy---he sang song after song, and ran all around the stage---it's no wonder he's been entertainer of the year, like 4 years in a row!! Here are a few pics I took with my new camera:

Mommy's Little Princess!

Lauren is loving "dressing up" right now. These past couple weeks she has wanted to wear a dress every day. She says "look at my beautiful dress Mommy, I am a princess!" It's the cutest thing! She's been dressing herself in the dresses too--I couldn't believe it when she changed clothes 3 times in one day!
